Great news! Our deliveries have now started in all zones excluding containment areas in line with government guidelines. While we are really excited to get you your orders, we are also mindful of the safety of both our customers and our employees.

According to the information shared by the W.H.O and international medical experts, the risk of the COVID-19 virus spreading by touching shipping packages is low.

However, we are following all government guidelines on extra precautions that should be taken while dispatching your orders.

We hope to deliver your long awaited packages at the earliest to you with as minimal delay as possible.

Yes absolutely! Our website is open for orders 24x7 and we have started shipping across the country in accordance to the state and government guidelines.

Our team is in constant touch with our courier partners to ensure deliveries happen at the earliest possible; however some delays are expected. With extra precautions being maintained and areas being sealed, a definite answer on exact timelines is not possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we get your order to you at the earliest.

We have consulted with the authorities and our trusted logistics partners to confirm we have all the safety protocols in place to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team. Our team is personally ensuring safety protocols like thermal scanning upon entering the premises, sanitization before and after packing every new package and social distancing in the warehouse.

Product(s) purchased during the sale are considered as a final sale and are not eligible for returns or cancellations. However, if you face a size issue, product(s) purchased during the sale can be exchanged, on a one-time basis, with the same product(s). If the required size is not available, the exchange will be extended to another product(s) of the same or higher value.

Product(s) purchased before and after the sale

We will be accepting all requests from your side as per our website terms and conditions, to have them processed as soon as possible. Due to the lockdown, we are currently in a position where we cannot expedite this process. We will in constant touch with our courier partners to process this for you at the earliest.

Please be rest assured that all exchange requests will be honoured by Andamen. However, this may take a little longer as our courier partners are currently unable to organise pickups due to limited workforce. They are trying to reach back to complete capacity at the earliest and we will resume pick up of any exchange requests thereafter. We will keep you updated as we know more.

The Andamen HQ is closed, but our warehouse is open with limited manpower to ship out your orders. The rest of the team is up and running from the comfort and more importantly – safety of their homes.
