All garments go through extensive quality checks with close to 52 checkpoints. The results are garments that are luxurious, durable and styles that you will feel good wearing again and again.

Being a luxury fashion brand, our philosophy is to bring in limited, curated designs to ensure there is uniqueness amongst the products. We do not bring back products very often. Some, which are high in demand, do make a comeback and to stay updated on our relaunch we recommend that you sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our website.

Our products are easily washable by hand or in the washing machine. They do not need to be dry cleaned (in fact, regular dry cleaning weakens the life of a product). For best results, please refer to the wash care label which comes attached to each garment.

We pre-wash all products to avoid shrinking. However, owing to the fine nature of our fabrics, a 3% shrinkage can be expected after repeated washing, which is in line with acceptable tolerance standards universally. Make sure to follow our Wash Care instructions on the product labels to get the best results out of your products over a long period of time.

We request you to not accept any delivery if the packaging of your product(s) is not properly sealed or is damaged.

In case, you receive a damaged article(s) inside, please inform our customer care team at the earliest to do our very best to resolve the same for you.

Size, Fit & Alteration

Our Regular Fit: Relaxed on the body and is meant for a more comfortable fit preference, accommodating medium to large bellies. Our regulars are slightly slimmer than brands that make boxier regular fits, ex., Louise Phillipe and Van Huesen, to ensure they do not look extremely boxy and is similar to brands like Zara, Massimo Dutti, Colour Plus.

Our Slim Fit: Meant to be fit close to the body, for slim and athletic built bodies. Our slims are slimmer than brands like Louise Phillipe and Van Huesen and similar to brands like Zara and Hugo Boss.

They will recommend the best Andamen size with 95% fit accuracy based on your height, weight and fit preference. If, in a rare case the fit doesn’t work out the first time, exchanges and returns are hassle-free.

Additionally, a 'Size Guide' with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, measurements are taken in inches while the garment is lying flat. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item that you already own.

Yes, we have a fabulous alteration team which can take care of minor alterations.

We provide alterations for the following:

  • Trousers – Length only
  • Shirts – Minor alterations on the body, body length and sleeve length
  • Tees and polos – Body length only

We request you to contact the customer care team over call or WhatsApp (on +91 9555263263) or email ([email protected]) to have an initial discussion and send the products that need alteration to us, preferably along with one of product which fits you the best. Once we receive it, we will begin the alteration, and have it shipped back to you.

We are unable to offer an exchange or a return on products that have been altered.

Returns & Exchanges

If you find any problem or are unsatisfied with your Andamen product for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 60 days from the date of purchase, because sometimes one-month flies too fast!

We accept products back in an unused, undamaged and unwashed condition with tags intact and in original packaging.

For products purchased under special benefits, we request you to read through the terms and conditions since some benefits do not offer returns/exchanges. Final conditions will be applicable as per the Terms and Conditions for the same.

You can raise an exchange request on our website ( or by reaching out to our customer care team over call/ WhatsApp (+91 9555263263) or email ([email protected]). A reverse pick up will then be scheduled for you within 2 business days. It usually takes about 7-10 business days for the products to come back to us and then go through a quality inspection. Should the products pass the inspection, we will then dispatch your exchange order and the same shall be delivered to you in 3-5 business days from the day of dispatch.

You can raise a return request on our website ( or by reaching out to our customer care team over call/ WhatsApp (+91 9555263263) or email ([email protected]). A reverse pick up will then be scheduled for you within 2 business days. It usually takes about 7-10 business days for the products to come back to us and then go through a quality inspection. Should the products pass the inspection, we will then initiate your refund to the same payment method, and it reflect in your account within 3-5 business days from then. In case of cash on delivery orders, we request you to share your bank details, so we can proceed with an NEFT transfer.

From the day your request is processed it typically takes 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account or the exchange to be delivered to you.

Andamen Points/Store Credits

You can earn significant Andamen points by using our referral program. Details of the same are mentioned in our special benefits section.

Your points will reflect in your Andamen account and you can view the same by logging in. At the time of checkout, you can choose to avail as many points you wish to per order. 1 point is equivalent to INR 1/-.

As per the RBI rules, we are unable to process a refund against points in your Andamen account. These points do not expire and are valid lifelong and can be used across categories/ products without any restrictions.

Delivery & Shipping

Standard shipping usually delivers within 3-5 business days and is free of charges for any number of products.

Priority shipping usually delivers within 1-3 business days and the charges are INR 100 for any number of products.

Time definite delivery: Should you need an order delivered within a specific time frame, please contact our customer care team regarding the same. They will check whether your area can offer that service and get back to you with the charges for the same.

*Business days are from Mon-Fri, and do not include weekends, national holidays and major state holidays.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details (tracking ID, delivery partner) in it, and you can simply track your order using the same.

When placing a cash on delivery order, the mode of payment at the time of delivery will have to remain cash only, as our courier partners do not carry card machines and do not accept payments from E-wallets.

International Orders

Yes, we have commenced international shipping. This is an off-website process that is handled by our customer team. To initiate the process, please contact our customer care team over call or WhatsApp on +91 9555263263 | [email protected] with your complete address, contact number, the name(s) and the number of products you are planning to buy to determine the exact delivery cost. Our customer care team will then assist you in creating the order and send you a payment link for the same. Post the payment completion, they will proceed to have your order dispatched.

We ship to 230+ countries. To place an order and enquire about your country, we request you to reach out to our customer care team with the information mentioned in the above question.

We accept most international credit/debit cards.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free exchange or returns.

We have partnered with a major international courier company called DHL for our international shipments. It usually takes 5-7 business days for products to reach your location from the day of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, our customer care team will share the tracking number with you. You can then use the same on the DHL website to get current statuses.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.


Yes, we do have gifting options. While placing a gift order, we request you to enter your details in the billing section and the details of the person who you would like to gift to in the shipping section and tick the gift order checkbox at the time of checkout.

If you have a gift message, you can mention the same in the gift message area and we will have the same added to your gift.

Any verification calls will be made on the billing contact details and will not be disclosed to the person we are shipping to.

Gift orders are packed in our signature box, wrapped in a gorgeous wrapping paper finished with a ribbon and your personalized gift message. The gift card will be placed inside the box on top of the products. We also ensure to remove the price stickers from the products. All in all, your gift order will be dispatched with a whole lot of love!
