Order Status

Where can I track the status of my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Post dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Once shipped, you can track your order in real time using your tracking number here.

What is the standard delivery timeline during a sale?

Orders placed during the sale are delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch. The timeline may vary slightly based on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this point.

Why is my order delayed?

We’re so sorry for the wait. Occasionally, delays can happen due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or logistical challenges. Rest assured, our team is closely tracking your order and doing everything possible to get it to you at the earliest. My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I can not find it.

If this happens, we understand how concerning this becomes, and we’re here to help. Sometimes, the package may be marked by logistics companies as delivered, a few hours early, or handed over to a neighbour or security. We recommend checking with them once. If you still can’t locate the package, please reach out to us right away - we’ll investigate it with our delivery partners and ensure a resolution/ refund for you.

Returns & Exchange

What is the return and exchange policy during the peak summer sale?

We offer a 60-day return window for all products bought during the Peak Summer Sale, so long as the product(s) is unused, unwashed, not damaged, and all packaging and tags are intact. You can raise a return or exchange request - Return/Exchange.

For exchanges, we allow one-time size or style exchange within 60 days.
If you placed an order above ₹10,000 and availed a benefit of flat ₹1,500 off, then this benefit will not be carried forward or refunded in the case of a return or exchange. The refund or credit will be processed based on the actual amount paid at checkout, post-discount.

What if there is a quality issue?

All our products are made to the highest production and quality standards, to craft products you’ll love. But if something doesn’t feel right, you can return any item covered under our policy within 60 days of delivery. Just head to this link to initiate a return.

If I exchange an item after the Peak Summer Sale, will the exchange be at the sale price or full price?

For size exchanges, the same discount will be carried forward. However, for style exchanges, the discount won’t apply to the new item.

I received the wrong item or size. What should I do?

Please raise an exchange request and/or get in touch with our customer support team within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. For your safety, we recommend making a quick unboxing video and not accepting any tampered packages.

I am unable to place the return request for my order. What should I do?

Do check if you are still within the 60 day return/ exchange window when placing a request. If you are trying to return immediately post delivery, don’t worry - it can take up to 12–24 hours after delivery for the return option to activate for eligible items. If the issue persists beyond that, feel welcome to reach out to us customer support, and we’ll resolve it for you.

Which products are not available for any exchange or return during summer sale?

All items purchased under the peak summer sale are eligible for return or one time exchange. If you’re unsure, you can always reach out to us - we’re happy to help!

Miscellaneous

Will sold-out items be restocked during the sale?

Most of our styles are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out during the sale. We recommend picking up your favourites while they’re still available.

I have store credit on my account, and am unable to apply offers with the store credit. What can I do?

You can view and use your store credits by logging in with your registered email ID. However, please note that store credits cannot be combined with any other voucher or discount code. As our systems are undergoing an upgrade, this limitation is temporary. We’re actively working to enhance the experience, and in the meantime, we recommend choosing the option that offers the best value for your order.
