POLICY

60 day Return Window; Eligibility Conditions

If you find any problems with your product or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the product within 60 days from the date of purchase as long as it meets the eligibility conditions below:

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged and unwashed
  2. All original tags of the product must be intact and attached to the product. The tags which are found to be tampered with would not be considered as intact.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging

If the above conditions are not satisfied, we will not accept the returned product.

Products purchased under any special offer or during sale periods are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the equal or higher value). Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not applicable for special offers, and returns and exchanges of products purchased under special offers or sale periods are as per terms and conditions defined of the sale at that time.

PROCESS

Request. Confirm. Handover. 

(All India shipments include a return shipping label.)The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. Visit the Return/Exchange page. You'll need to enter your Order ID and the email address or mobile number used in the order.

Generate a request and specify a convenient pick up date

Pack the item as originally received and attach the pre-paid return label (which is included in all our shipments to make it easy for you) and hand over the product to our logistics partner.

You can also call or write to us if you need any assistance.

Only one product should be handed over per tracking number for multiple returns or exchanges.

You are eligible for one-time style or size exchange within the 60-day period at the applicable product price.

REFUNDS

For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. Refunds are only applicable on products which are purchased by you, and packaging, complimentary items, or promotional benefits or free items included by us are not eligible for a refund.

The refund or credit will be processed based on the actual amount paid at checkout, post-discount. For instance, if you placed an order above ₹10,000 and availed a benefit of flat ₹1,500 off, then this benefit will not be carried forward or refunded in the case of a return or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Post 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as your order may already be in process. In such cases, you can return the product after delivery.

For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. 

NO TAGS, DAMAGED PRODUCT OR PACKAGING ISSUES

Please inform our customer care department within 2 days in the event any product is delivered without tags or in a damaged condition or a wrong product has been delivered. Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may result in your complaint being declined and the product being deemed accepted by you in its delivered condition.

For your safety, we also recommend making a quick unboxing video and not accepting any tampered packages.
