The Andamen (“we”, “our”) Referral Program allows a registered Andamen User (“you”, “your”) to earn Points Credits (“points”) that you can use for future purchases of eligible Andamen products. Points are earned by referring friends when such friends buy qualifying Andamen products. 

To participate, you must agree to these terms, which are part of Andamen Terms of Purchase. 

How you can earn Andamen referral points 

You can earn points towards future purchases of Andamen products if the referred friend’s purchase is a “valid purchase”: (i) the referred friend uses your referral code whilst making a qualified purchase on www.andamen.com and the purchase amount is fully received by Andamen; (ii) the referred friend is a new Andamen customer who makes his/her first purchase on Andamen; (iii) the points are only valid if such purchase is not later cancelled or returned to Andamen, for any reason whatsoever, including accepted reasons covered under Andamen’s warranty and return policies.

Benefits to referring users 

You will be credited with the relevant points as per Andamen’s prevailing referral points credit policy applicable at the time of referred friends purchase. The standard points currently credited are equivalent to INR 500 (or its local currency equivalent, if we support it), but may vary in some cases if the referred friend signed up as part of a special promotion or as applicable from time to time. You may earn a maximum of INR 15,000 worth of referral points. 

Redeeming Andamen points 

Points will automatically appear in the ‘Refer Friends’ page in the ‘My Account’ section of your Andamen account. 

The points can be used for eligible purchases, on products that are eligible for purchase via points on www.andamen.com, within one year from the date they are earned. 

The eligibility, applicability and value of points may change from time to time and shall be as per the prevailing terms and conditions at the time of making a purchase transaction. 

Benefit to referred friends 

Referred friends that purchase using a valid referral code will receive a discount on their first purchase, so long as it is a “valid purchase”. The referral discount received to referred friends is equivalent to INR 500 (or its local currency equivalent, if we support it), but may vary in some cases if the referred friend signed up as part of a special promotion or as applicable from time to time. The discount cannot be split across multiple purchases and may not be clubbed during/with other promotions/discounts. 

Qualifying purchases 

To qualify for gaining points, the purchase by your referred friend must be a valid purchase and must have a total value (excluding taxes) of at least INR 3,000 (or its local currency equivalent if we support it). 

Restrictions and expiry of points 

Points may not be combined with any additional offers. Points will not be allowed to be transferred or exchanged for any cash or money. Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. After one year, the points will automatically expire. Andamen may not send you reminders or notifications of the expiry and/or balance points. 

Points should not be earned by creating multiple Andamen accounts. Points accrued in multiple Andamen accounts created for the same User (including of the original account) will be treated null and void and no benefit of such points will accrue to such a user and will also not be combined into one Andamen account. 

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as blogs, coupon websites, Reddit, Wikipedia, etc.). 

Multiple referrals will not be accounted 

A referred friend may only use one referral code while making a purchase. If a referred friend receives referral codes from multiple Andamen Users, only the corresponding Andamen User, who’s referral code was used by the referred friend, will receive points. 

Cancellation of points 

Andamen reserves the right to cancel any or all points of any account if it is found that such points are, or have been accrued, in violation of the Terms of Purchase or if Andamen has reason to believe such points have been accrued via efforts or means that attempt to take wrongful advantage of the referral program. 

Severability 

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 

Termination and changes 

Andamen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or your ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time, for any reason. 

Andamen reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate. 

Updates to the terms 

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on www.andamen.com, and any applications or services that are effective upon posting. Andamen may not individually intimate Users of any such policy changes. Your continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute your consent to such modification.
